It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not meet your expectations, or maybe there is another reason why you do not want to keep the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

You have 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the item from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@calmactiva.com. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after you have reported your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returning.

Would you like to exchange your product? That's no problem at all, then you can return the unused product / the unused products that you purchased in our online store within 14 days. You can contact info@calmactiva.com for this. However, you will bear the costs for returning the product yourself.
