We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. However, we may not always be able to meet this, as sometimes products are out of stock, which can cause a delay in the delivery of your order. The product page indicates the estimated delivery time. If for any reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery is carried out by the postman or package deliverer from TNT/DHL. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

Attention: during holidays, bad weather, or special promotions (Black Friday / Cyber Monday) it can be busy in the sorting centers of PostNL. As a result, delivery may take longer. Please keep this in mind.
